GonePants.com ships to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC). We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Gonepants.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.
Gonepants.com ships to more than 20 countries. You can choose your shipping country during checkout.
We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
Order Cancellations:
Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.
You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

Pre order Garment:
All items with pre order label do NOT conscent with the usual fullfilment timing. To know when your pre order will be fullfilled, check out the “Pre order update” page on our website and select the items that fit your need.

All sales are final.
At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. GONE PANTS* reserves the right to refuse any returns and refunds at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. we are not responsible for unpaid custom duty that lead to a return. Please if you face an invoice of custom duty, you will have to paid it or the package will be returned and we wont be able to get it, Thank you.

All sales are final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before opening the sealing bag. We have all the right to not accept the exchange if it didn’t pass our requirement. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at cedrik@gonepants.com within 3 days of delivery.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
A pre-order means that your jeans are in the production process but they are not at our warehouse yet and the customer is able to make an order and reserve the piece for himself. After the end of the production our manufacturer will ship it to us. Once we receive it at our warehouse, we will be able to ship it to you. Easy.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We’ve prepared the pre-order to be as smooth and quick as possible for you. Materials and hardware are ordered in one batche and we’ll be receiving and shipping orders in one batche.
That being said, our estimated time frame for processing, production and shipping is 4 - 8 weeks.

We wanna make sure the process is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
To be as transparent as possible, we’ll have a dedicated “Updates” section on our website. We’ll post as many updates as possible regarding the production process, so you guys can stay up to date.

PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
You will receive a separate email including parcel tracking information once your order ships. Order processing is approximately 1-5 business days. Expect delivery time around 3-7 business days for Canada, Usa. And expect a delivery time of 7-22 business days for international delivery

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN BUY?
Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed on the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
