7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. An order becomes binding only once it has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

8. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is generally 2–5 business days, but may extend during drops or high-volume periods.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Gonepants is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by customers
Lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the courier
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather

If an issue occurs, contact your courier or payment provider.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on availability or warehouse location.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers may be required to pay duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country. These fees are non-refundable by Gonepants. Contact your customs agency for reimbursement inquiries.

11. RETURNS

Return eligibility, timeframes, and policies are stated on the “Returns” page of the Site and may change at any time.

Items must be:

Unworn
In original condition
With original tags

We only accept returns from purchases made directly on gonepants.com.

Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in order refusal or account termination.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

12. NO PURCHASE FOR RESALE

Gonepants products are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being placed for resale, distribution, or bulk purchasing.

13. PAYMENT SECURITY

We use secure third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Gonepants does not store full credit card data.

Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be cancelled or require verification.

14. SMS & EMAIL MARKETING CONSENT
