Gonepants.com ships to more than 20 countries. You can choose your shipping country during checkout.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

Order Cancellations:

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

Please use the link HERE to use our self-service return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

We will gladly accept returns for store credit, exchange of size, or exchange of items. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

Store Credit & Exchanges: We happily accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.



REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds/return for change of mind, incorrect sizing, unwanted items, or discounted items.

You have up to 7 days upon receiving the shipment to return items purchased on www.gonepants.com.


Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • You have received the wrong item from the initial order confirmation.

If either of these apply, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and clear photos so we organise you an exchange, credit, or refund once approved.

IF RETURN/REFUND IS ACCEPTED

  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
  • After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Gone products not purchased from www.gonepants.com.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. If you experience any issues please contact us at Cedrik@gonepants.com.

All return costs are to be covered by the customer. New shipments for an exchange of size/item will be paid for by us.

GONE® reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by GONE®.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GARMENT

Damaged/Faulty garments will be reviewed by the team once processed in our returns portal and if accepted, we will cover the return costs.

Returns we receive that do not use the provided return shipment label will be refused. Any alterations to the label will not be accepted.
