Gonepants – Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final During Community Sale

During the Community Sale period, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or store credits will be accepted on discounted items purchased during this period.


Returns for Store Credit & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit or size/item exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the items meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must not be discounted or purchased during a sale event

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

For accepted exchanges, Gonepants will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.


Refunds (Only for Faulty or Incorrect Items)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Unwanted items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Uncleared custom duties or lost package

 

A refund will only be issued if:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • You received the wrong item compared to your original order confirmation

If either applies, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund once approved.


Inspection & Processing Times

Once your return is delivered to us:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection

  • After inspection, refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 24–48 hours

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Gonepants reserves the right to reject any return that:

  • Arrives outside the 7-day return window

  • Is not in its original condition

  • Shows signs of wear, washing, or damage

If a return is rejected, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


Where Items Must Be Purchased

We only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased directly from www.gonepants.com.
Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to Gonepants.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Follow the instructions to submit your request

All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
