SHIPPING POLICY – GONEPANTS

Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (drops, holidays, sales), processing times may be longer.


Shipping Times

Shipping estimates at checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Gonepants is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Wrong Address / Address Issues

If an address is incorrect and the package is returned:

  • Customer must cover reshipping fees

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to the wrong address entered at checkout


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Gonepants is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked "Delivered" but not received

  • Damage caused by the carrier

If this occurs, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We can assist, but we cannot issue refunds for these cases.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

We cannot control or predict these charges.


Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
